Although it is not strictly necessary, if the incidence is related with the desktop version of our software, attach the last log file that is located in the folder "Logs" within the installation path of the program (for example, "C:/ERIC Sports/ERIC/Football/Logs/"). This will help us to determine the possible causes of the incidence more quickly.
